Starting a "WING!" Group
1. Bring together a core group of people to create a board.
2. Select officers for each position. Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary.
3. Fill out Sub-Chapter paperwork with CNH (if necessary) for non-profit status to receive tax-deductible donations.
(A.) “WING!” is advertised as a monthly luncheon meeting sponsored by your organization. The cost to attend is a $5.00 donation over and above the cost of lunch. Donations are collected and receipts written by the Secretary at each meeting.
4. Find a central restaurant location with a private meeting room to be used monthly. Be sure there is easy access parking around this location during the lunch hour. (Breakfast or dinner meetings are another way to reach those people who can not get away during the lunch hour.)
5. Choose the day, time and week in the month to meet according to availability at restaurant location. Wednesdays and Thursdays are the best days to meet. Meeting should be about 1 ˝ hours long. Sample: The third Thursday of the month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
6. Locate a guest speaker to present on a topic of concern to your organization.
7. Call, e-mail or send out invitations to the natural healthcare community in your area.
(A.) Use the local holistic newspapers, natural health care directories and yellow pages to find practitioners who should be invited.
(B.) Add meeting info and contact numbers to your organization web site, practitioner web sites and any community web site that provides free advertisement of local events.

(a.) Introduction to your organization.
1. Explanation & collection of $5.00 donation to your organization.
2. Introduction of Board & Guest Speaker
3. Introduction of Attendees with 60 “commercial” about themselves and their work.
4. Business card and brochure hand out & card file passed
5. Health Freedom news and updates
(A.) Information from your organization, i.e. Event info, legislative updates, news from CNH
6. Guest Speaker presents for 20 to 30 minutes.
7. Discussion, ideas, questions, and next meeting dates for “WING!”
8. Meeting Adjourns
