"We believe that it is permissible to practice as a traditional naturopath or as a natural health consultant as long as you do not diagnose or treat disease, or otherwise violate the provisions of your state's medical practice act, and as long as you register under the registration statute for naturopaths. For more information on your state laws contact your local public library or the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs for the District of Columbia."
