Noteworthy:
Utah has a citizen legislature rather than a full-time legislature.
This means that members have regular occupations outside their political
positions. The annual session lasts 45 days from January through March.
All bills must pass both chambers in exactly the same form to be enacted.
Unless a specific date is given, all bills are enacted 60 days after
the legislature adjourns.
